Subscription-based Personal Training
Our online personal training subscriptions include personalised programs for both your training and nutrition. You will also have access to Live Chat and our community page where you can share your progress, ask questions and chat with other members.
Fitness and Plant-based Nutrition Consultancy
We also offer a fitness and plant-based nutrition consultancy service for individuals and businesses.

I'm new to fitness
We're always more than happy to work with clients who have been plant-based or vegan for a while but have had limited experience with strength or fitness training.

I'm pregnant
As long as it's a food baby that's fine! ? Working with pregnant women is not one of the areas we are specialised in.
