Pull-Push-Legs 6 day Program
This program is designed for those who want to take their physique to the next level! Each muscle group will be trained optimally, twice per week. The program is equipped with a huge range of exercises for evenly distributed hypertrophy between all muscle groups to achieve a well-proportioned physique. It can be adapted to each individuals schedule with both long and short variation options available. Like with any program, you will get out what you put in so it’s recommended to opt for the long variation where possible.
This particular program does not include integrated cardiovascular training although if this is something you’d like to add in, please contact us and we will be more than happy to provide guidance on this free of charge.
This program is designed for intermediate level trainees. Those who already have a good understanding of form and exercise execution will benefit most from this program. Beginners should consider our online PT subscriptions.
